Return & Replacement Policy

All sales are final.

Should you receive a damaged order, please follow the instructions below for return and replacement of the product/s:

1. Notify mosaicguys.com within three business days from the order receipt date.

2. Please reference the order number(s) in all correspondence regarding the damaged products.

3. Retain the original shipping carton

Due to the nature of handcrafted tiles, the exact tile may not be available, but a similar replacement will be substituted.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for replacement.
